Product Management
For the past five years, I've been working with enterprise businesses as well as tech and fintech startups. During that period, I've developed the following skills:
Start to Finish
Leading the tech team from a product's conception all the way through to its launch.
Product Roadmap
Creating a product roadmap by learning about the market, the customer needs and technology innovation.
Prototyping
Creating prototypes early in order to learn and get feedback as soon as possible. Creating wireframes and interactive mockups.

Vision and Strategy
Setting a product vision, strategy, and tactics. Communicating the end goal with the team and stakeholders.
Why, When and What
Defining why should we build the product, when should we build each feature and what would those features be.
Business Value
Articulating the business value for the product. Ranking the features against strategic goals and their return on investment.
Business Development
I've created a detailed roadmap which will show you how to select, define, launch, refine, and make money from your idea. You will read the book all in one breath and use it over and over again to seek advice regardless of the stage of your business development. This book will lead you to financial and personal excellence.
Validate Ideas
You will learn how to break the confirmation bias by seeking disconfirming evidence. Find a market for your product and determine if you are solving their big pain-point.
Develop a Vision
By developing a strong vision you will be able to direct action toward your goal. Sketch a path toward the goal by laying out the right strategy and choose effective tactics.
Create a Roadmap
Follow a simple guide for creating a product roadmap. You will learn to choose the right inputs and turn them into brilliant outputs.
Build a Brand
Learn what does it mean when I say that the brand is a gut feeling. Why is having a brand important for your business and why is trust from your customers based on reliability and delight. You will embrace the brand-led product development strategy.
Set the Price
You will be able to set the right price for your product. Introducing the terms like profit, margin, revenue, overhead expenses or cost of goods sold will enable you to better understand the financial part of your business. It will result in more profit in your pocket.
Promote the Product
Write great headlines and promote your product like a pro. Ultimately, you will get more people to buy more stuff from you for more years to come at a higher price.

Hobbies and Interests
Machine Learning
I love experimenting with machine learning algorithms. Worked on a proof of concept machine learning algorithm which performs a binary classification – determining if the relay protection in power distribution network is well coordinated after adding renewable generators.
Business Development
I’m interested in business development from the idea conception all the way to the product launch. Recently published a book about this topic – “Treasure Roadmap – How to turn your idea into a successful business”.
Photography
I like to use the golden ratio to create pleasing, natural looking compositions in my photos. Combining math and art feels good. It also works pretty good for software layout design to seamlessly emphasize important parts.

Rick and Morty
I love this TV show on so many aspects. It combines good humour, adventurous spirit, multiverse concept, space exploration, bleeding edge technology application and all the tiny details they put in each and every show. It’s Rick and Morty, c’mon.
